Date of Transaction: 2/13/24 Paid amount: $14,580 Nature of dispute: I negotiated an out the door price with *************************** of $13,700. After I was passed on to the Finance Manager, ***********************, the numbers changed. I explicitly told both of them that I did not want any added Warranties or Protection plans. All of the document signing was done on a flat touch screen on ******************** desk so it was hard to read the number on the Purchase agreement. All signed documents were given to me electronically on a USB drive. When I got home I opened the documents and found an added "Major Guard EV" plan for $1995 and an added "Resistall" fee for a protective coating. Neither of these items was explained to me. I was able to call *************** and get the Major Guard $1995 removed but the Dealership would not remove the $880 Resistall fee. I requested evidence and a copy of a warranty for the Resistall coating but neither were provided to me. I would like a refund for the $880 fee.Customer response
