Shame on you Jacob! I paid a lot of money for my son to have a nice Christmas/birthday present & you had no problem taking my money & emailing stating product was on the way when 1 year later NOTHING!

SCAM ARTIST!!! Have been trying to contact this place on the status of my order and there is no response and now their website has been completely taken offline! No product delivered but they sure did take my money! You should be ashamed of yourself!!

Worst customer service. Liars, cheats and thieves. Unresponsive, multiple promises, no delivery, apparently no shame. Avoid them. Had to leave one star but they don’t qualify for even that. I was able to claw back the money from the credit card company so that’s the star.

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Same story- ordered a table in January and here we are in April with nothing. I believe this may be a scam operation.

Like many reviews about this business, things did not go well. I ordered long before the Christmas deadline and had multiple conversations with the owner before Christmas. I was assured it would arrive on time. Many times, this assurance was provided. Like many others, I received a notification that a shipping label was created. The shipping status never changed. The owner blamed the shipping company. The shipping company says they never picked anything up. This seems like a standard tactic by the creaTABLE. Print the label so the customer is off your back for a while, but never actually ship. When I knew it wouldn't get here, I was assured another was built and boxed and would be shipped the Monday after Christmas. I didn't hear back from anyone until the Thursday after Christmas. I was given another guarantee that it was boxed and shipping that day. It never shipped. I asked for a refund, and based on other reviews, also filed with my bank to get the money back. The company did refund, so I have no complaints there. As there is no info on this company anywhere on the web or Google maps, I'm assuming this is one guy in his shop making these tables. I also assume he gets overwhelmed with with orders and rather than face losing the business, he is not entirely truthful about the status of orders. If those assumptions are wrong, this is the most poorly run operation in the country. My suggestion to potential buyers is to order outside of holiday season and allow plenty of lead time. That way you're either giving this one-man-show or his poorly organized and fairly useless warehouse the ability to get it together enough to actually send your purchase to you. I'm sad that I didn't get the table because they look very nice and well-built, and because my son is still waiting on his big gift from Christmas. I have a similar experience to the other one star reviewers. Ordered a table on Oct 19 and received an order confirmation immediately but never received shipping confirmation. After about two weeks with no communication, I began to attempt to get in touch with them. I made multiple phone calls, sent multiple emails, and tried messenging them through their online instant messenger service. No one responded. I finally demanded by email that they refund my money and received a response stating that they would process the refund. However, 10 days later, it still had not been processed. I finally filed a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back.
