      On August 11, 2022, I hired The Royal Flush Plumbing LLC to clear gutter drains at my residence that were partially blocked. the Plumber (Frank) spent a little over an hour at my house. He then stated that the drains were cleared and verbally guaranteed his work for six months. He charged $1003.13 for the work, which I paid in full. Two days later, there was a heavy rainstorm, and it was apparent that the drains were more blocked than before his work. I have videos of the blocked drains backing up. At that point, I noticed that one of the downspouts that he had supposedly cleared had not even been worked on - the ground was not disturbed. I contacted Frank and he agreed to come back out and correct the problem. He did not call or show up at the agreed date/time. It has now been over a month, and I have a long record of text messages (and there were also a number of non-recorded telephone discussions) wherein Frank either gives an excuse for not coming out (for instance, both of his trucks broke down twice) and there were also a number of simple no-call no-shows, where he agreed to come out and then did not show or call. He no longer responds to my text messages or phone calls.

We always stand behind what we do however there was a delay returning to address this homeowners needs due to staffing and truck issues. We have resolved the truck issue and he is scheduled for us to return to m warranty services and remedy the issue. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/09/23) */ Royal Flush Plumbing has promised to come out Monday morning (26 September) and rectify the situation ( clear the lines). Based upon past performance (unfulfilled promises) I am unwilling to consider the matter closed until I see water freely flowing through the drains. Business Response /* (4000, 17, 2022/12/09) */ Business stated that the line backed up with the rain and the septic collapsed. The business stated that the consumer was advised that the septic needs to be dug up and repaired at cost. The business stated that at the time the consumer did not want to move forward due to the cost. The business is unable to refund on services already rendered.

      Frank showed up at our home having been sent by an insurance company he proceeded to inspect informing us we needed to gut our bathroom because of black mold deterioration , he then proceeded to offer his services of doing this and remodeling the bathroom , quoted prices , we accepted , stated he needed 50% upfront to start job which we paid . He gutted bathroom , set up a remediate system , said it would take 2 weeks after 2 weeks he came back said he needed the full payment in order to start the remodeling job we paid him in full , he continually avoided us for over 6 months , 2 times he actually called an said he was at the house but we were there waiting for him on those dates he scheduled the work an said we are here where are you he claimed he was in his way no show . After 6 months we had another contractor come in give us an estimate to do the work who told us Frank was lying he had not performed anything even resembling a mold remediation I want others to know this guy is a scam artist he has done the same scenario to others . We have since had to sell our home to pay off the dept we incurred to have him do work he never performed we were unable to live in the home since it no bathroom facility

      On 4-11-2022 we paid Royal Flush Plumbing (Frank) $1016.50 ********* to move a floor drain approximately 2 1/2" in floor of the master bath shower floor. In addition, he was to install two valves in the wall and return after the wall tile was installed to put the new hardware on the valves. The plumber no showed on his first return visit date. The contractor attempted to call him numerous times but he did not answer his phone or return his calls. We then hired another plumber who came out and told us that one of the installed valves was installed too deeply in the wall and that the tile would need to be removed before they could install any hardware on that valve. I was fortunate enough to find and extension kit for 53.00. To date the shower has not been finished and we are in the process of having another plumber complete the work.

We kindly request she call us to find resolution. Our invoice we show on record is for installation of shower valves and moving the drain to tile workers requested location. The valves were set per instruction by the manufacturer and thickness of wall and tile the tile contractor gave us. No trim out or finish work was included with this quote.

      Royal Flush LLC was contracted on December 6, 2021. The job was for water and sewer lines to septic system for shower sink toilet kitchen sink and also to run three gas lines for dryer and 2 stoves. total amount of the job was $7685.67. We were told by Mr. H******* (owner of company) that the job would be completed by Christmas 3 to 4 weeks at most. A deposit was requested by royal flush of $5235.67. We paid him by check. It is now May 4,2022. Approximately 5 months since giving Mr. H******* the deposit money and still no work has begun. After over 25 messages to Mr. Frank H******* and numerous excuses still no work has been done. we have on several occasions requested a refund of deposit money but there was always another excuse and promise that the job would be done. Finally on April 28, 2022, Mr. H******* agreed to return our deposit. However, we were told that he had to return all of the materials first and then when he got the money back he would give us our deposit money back. I reached out to him on May 2, 2022 asking if he had returned all of the materials and to get a status of the refund. Mr. H******* will not respond to any of our messages.

We are awaiting decision from our supplier as to if they will be accepted and if so if any restocking fees will be charged. The customer will be notified as soon as we have clear answers and refunded appropriately.
