I paid $575 to resolve a debt. Once my money was transferred I heard nothing else from company. I have tried calling and emailing numerous times no answer. I continue to receive debt collections from original company and after leaving messages still no answer. Please confirm this company

I received a summons. I didn't know how to answer it and after looking at the services this company offered, I contacted them. They tell you that they help you avoid court plus avoid any risk of court actions. I paid $97.50 to get this started. They sent me a document to send to the court and my creditor. I received a notice to appear in court. My court date was May 2. I emailed the notice to DRC on April 2 and they emailed me back saying "received". After not hearing from DRC, I emailed them April 23 asking for a status. I received a email saying "Your request for an update has been received and forwarded. Please be assured we are taking your request seriously." I emailed again on April 26. I called and left voicemails because I was unsuccessful in talking to some one. This went on until May 1. I finally chose different options when calling and spoke to someone and was told they were waiting on my creditor. May court date was May 2. I asked if I needed to appear and was told no, I did not need to appear in court. I had been told that during this entire process and it is advertised on their website. Last week, I received a "Default Judgement" from the court and it says I failed to appear. Where was my representation from this company? They failed me. I have sent that judgement to them and still, no response. What did I pay $215 for? Not only did they not represent me, they told me not to appear in court and that resulted in a default judgement. They were suppose to be negotiating on my behalf a payment plan or something and I got nothing. . Below is posted on their website:The possible benefits of our Debt Resolution Process:No face to face meetings No public record No written responses No intimidating legal processes No potential court dates Our process helps resolve your disputes, once and for all and brings peace of mind.I want them to refund my $217 back because they failed me

After discussions with the attorneys office, we had a solid deal at end of December. Due to holidays and that time of year, we picked up the  case again in January. After multiple attempts to get in touch with the attorneys office and work out a better deal, the deal was then presented to the client ($1,590 - $1,200 savings).  After Mr. ****** acceptance, we were working on getting the paperwork from ******* (on avg 1-3 weeks depending on the creditor).  A week later, we were told  ************** hired Queenslate mediation company to handle the account on 1/29/24.   OK. His choice!  But with legal proceedings there are no refunds.   ************* was well aware of these facts.   Plus ************* never communicated his intentions

      Thank you for your patience.

I accidentally sent them $175 from the incorrect account on cash app. I sent them 2 emails stating that I needed the money refunded and would pay them using the correct account during my consultation. No services have been rendered therefore I dont owe this company anything. The owner has denied my refund request citing company policy.

      Good morning,

This person is not even a client.   The transaction was a prospect that used electronic means to deposit cash.   Immediately, there was requests for a refund.   This is the exact profile of Cybercrime on the internet.   That cash was refunded after internet verification with protocols - basically anti-theft policies of the company - about 6 hours.  The electronic means of refund showed 6 hours prior to the deposit receipt showing up.   The person had no patience with the situation and demonstrated extreme unprofessional behaviors.

Recommend BBB to steer clear of this issue and person of such complaint.

      Thank you.
