I purchased Thuja ***** Giants from this company around two years ago. All of my trees have survived and are now about half 5 feet tall and the other half slightly taller than 6 feet. I use drip irrigation to water the trees during the dry summer months in ******************. Overall, I am very pleased and will definitely purchase from them again!Review from Dana C

We ordered 20- 3-4 ft Green ***** trees in 2021 and only 5 survived our crazy Iowa Spring where many trees across the state died. Thuja Gardens replaced the 15 under the one year warranty without any problems. Today, 3 years later my survivors are over 7 feet tall!! The other 15 are catching up quickly at almost 5 feet tall. Pre-ordered American Pillars and was able to call and schedule a delivery date that worked with my availability which was awesome! Shipment arrived on time and trees were in great condition except one that was slightly bent due to shipping error. When I reported this to Thuja Gardens, they did not hesitate to send me a replacement tree free of charge! I can't wait to see them grow full and provide me with a natural privacy fence! Trees arrived damaged (shipping company at fault) and when I contacted Thuja Gardens, the replacements arrived at my door literally 48 hours later. Great customer service! Trees are healthy and beautiful. I would highly recommend this company and I love that you are guaranteed the actual tree you order, since this is their specialty. Will definitely be ordering more next year!

Couldnt find American Pillar in my area, so I ordered online, which made me really nervous. All that worry for nothing! 20 beautiful 3-4 ft trees arrived so carefully and cleverly packaged, completely undamaged. They arrived at the perfect time for early Spring planting and Ive had them in for several weeks now. They are healthy, *********-rooted and thriving in my zone 6a backyard. Great folks, easy to work with, and great product. I bought 32x American Pillar trees last fall to plant in ******, **. Looks like 30 of them made it through the winter, but 2 couldn't handle our unusually cold and snowy winter this year. I sent an email about getting replacements, and they called me a day or so later and gladly sent out a couple replacement trees. I planted them last fall when it was almost October, and I'm surprised how much they have already grown...especially since they weren't established or rooted in very well yet. I bet they have 4-6 inches of new growth coming into this spring already. I look forward to seeing them flourish this year. Thanks Thuja Gardens!Thuja Gardens Response

Our 11 Giant Thujas arrived today beautifully packed and all around 6 tall. We ordered 5-6. There were no broken branches, they were nicely secured in the boxes, and they looked amazingly fresh and healthy. We will be planting this weekend and are excited to see them grow. The ordering process was easy and they answered all questions when I called or emailed.
