      I was very disappointing with Mike's Plumbing. Everything sounded good when I called requesting the removal of my hot water heater. He told me that they remove it and go and pick it up from ****'s so I thought that was good. He charged me $450.00 to do this and I was ok with it so we would not have to go through the hustle and bustle of it all. Well my appointment was at 11:00 a.m. Around 12:00 p.m. I called to check the status because the tenants said that Mike's Plumbing had not showed up yet and Mike said that they had an emergency that they had to take care and would call me once they got to my rental property. Well I didn't receive a phone call but I was keeping in touch with my tenants and they said Mike's Plumbing arrived at the house around 2:45 p.m. to remove the hot water heater. When they got to ****'s they called me stating that I had to come up there because ****'s could not go through a third party even though we had a warranty on the hot water heater and they had the RN number. So I went to ****'s and finally got the issue cleared up in hour. The plumber guy that was there representing Mike's Plumbing stated to me that his boss man said because of the situation at ****'s that I needed to pay them $95 more and I said I wasn't because they were late for the appointment time that I was told and he said well they had some appointments after me and I stated that aren't you 24 hours. I then got my husband on the phone and he told me to tell them to just leave the hot water heater there. Then the guy said I am going to go and put the hot water heater in at your rental property because that's not right. I said ok and I went home. Well the tenants called me this morning stating that the water was still cold. I called Mike's Plumbing and told him and he said well that's the hot water heater you brought and I said well I just wanted to make sure everything was hooked up correctly like the electric part of it and he said well I don't know and I told him that I wasn't there so I didn't know either. I called and told my husband what he said and then my husband called him and said that Mike's Plumbing said that they didn't have a problem going back by there to check it out. My husband then asked me were the tenants at the house and I said yes so he called Mike's Plumbing back and he didn't answer. My husband ended up calling another plumber to come out who said that he didn't know if the plumbing people were in a rush or what but it wasn't hooked up correctly. We had to pay him $150 for his service. I don't think no one else should have to go through this like we did because that's bad business. *************
