On September 2, 2021, I purchased two boxes of masks from GS Medical on their website, using my bank debit card. Each box contained 50 masks for $11.99. When my order arrived, there was only one box of masks in the shipment. On September 10, 2021, I contacted GS Medical by phone about the missing box of masks. I told the customer service operator that I wanted a refund for the box that was not delivered. The operator said a refund would be issued. Over the weeks, I checked my bank account and there was no refund. On December, 16, 2021, I contacted GS Medical a second time to ask about receiving my refund. The operator said the company's owner handled the issuing of refunds and would get my refund sent to me. Again, I checked my bank account for weeks and there was no refund. On February 3, 2022, I contacted the company a third time about my refund. The operator said my request would be forwarded to the owner. Minutes after speaking with the operator, I received an email with a refund confirmation invoice for $11.99 (USD). It has been over a month since I received the invoice and last contacted GS Medical. At this time, the refund has not been credited to my bank account. Also, I still have the original shipping package that contained the box of masks. It is only large enough to hold one box of masks.Business response

I am responding in reference to the above complaint. The customer is also being sent a copy of this email.
The refund was processed as shown in the receipt on Feb 3, 2022. There amount did not settle as I look today in the receipt, cause of that is unknown but most probably it has to do something with the credit card, debit card or the bank payment is processing. If she had let us know directly we would have looked in to this again. We can try to refund her money again but if there is a problem with her card, it may give us error again and we do not have any control on it. Please let us know how to proceed and Ms. **** can reply to this email with suggestions.
