      Situation happened on two days. One was on 8/23/2024 and one was today 8/26/2024. On 8/23/2024 after a year and a half of no medical deliveries/ equipment maintenance Liberty driver, *******, called me saying he had my father on his schedule for a equipment maintenance. I informed him that no one had called me to scheduled that appointment, and that he wasnt going out there as it was on his account that they needed to call me due to doctor appointments, being hard of hearing, etc. I NEVER heard from the office to set that appointment up. Today, 8/23/2024 again, *******, ended up WITHOUT a scheduled appointment went to my father's house, and completed the equipment maintenance. I have told Liberty Medical in the past that they HAVE to schedule the appointments with me. When I called the office to tell them this today 8/23/2024 she proceeded to ask my why as if it was any of her business. I informed her that I am his POA, that he can hardly see, he is hard of hearing, and that hes been scammed in the past, and thats the reason! She said it was not in his records (figures), and I told her that doesnt surprise me. My name is also on that property along with my father's name, and I AM to be contacted to set up ANY appointments that they need to do on his equipment. NOT the day of either!

      My father, *********************, is a customer of ********************** in ***********, **. I contacted Liberty Medical Specialties twice pertaining to a new neblizer machine for **** First person I spoke to was **** who told me that he was the only delivery driver that they had right now, and that he could get a new nebulizer out to ************ day around 10am. We got a phone call that an emergency call came in, that it would be delivered that afternoon, but it was never delivered. I called back, and again was told by the female that answered the call that **** would deliver it on Thursday. that he would have to pick up the old nebulizer machine. They said **** would have to speak to someone on the phone when he was on the way to deliver it. I told him to call me as *** will not answer the phone. That second delivery was suppose to take place today (1 Feb. 2024), and we have heard nothing from ****. This company is suppose to deliver life saving medical supplies, but how can the patients survive if they are not getting said medical supplies?

      *************** about the medical equipment delivery in the original post.

      I apologize for the delay in delivery of your machine. We always to strive to get equipment and supplies, as well as replacements, delivered as timely as possible. We normally call each client prior to delivery, to ensure there is someone there is someone there to receive the equipment, and also to sign for it.  If no one answers we normally do not go to the residence. It appears in this case  there may have been a communication error  on our end. 

      I did research our records, and they indicate that we did deliver the equipment in question on February 1st, at 10:45 AM. I am not sure if the date in the original complaint is correct or not. I can share these if needed, I just did not want to post HIPAA protected information on what may be publicly posted.

      Oxygen tanks left at my home for months

      Better Business Bureau,


      We picked up Mr. ********’s oxygen concentrator and all of the equipment that goes along with it on December 15th, 2022, but a tank was forgotten at the house. We were unaware that this tank had been left behind until Mrs. ******** gave us a call and we went to pick it up that same day.
