      This plumbing company sent 3 guys to replace wax seals under the two toilets in my home. After a couple of days we noticed that they were popping and cracking and making squishing sounds. They cashed my check before I could stop payment on it. Had to get another plumbing company to come and fix them yesterday. They did not know how to properly fix the problems. Wish I could get my $331 back. Very unprofessional people. Toilets were leaking afterwards and seals not sealed. Replaced metal bolts with cheap plastic ones for some reason. Would have resulted in major floor damage or toilets breaking if we hadn’t caught it in time and got them properly fixed. Contacted them about fixing the issues but decided to have someone else do it right. We as customers had to even provide them with rags and trash bags. They wouldn’t even clean up the trash! Left it all for us.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
      I had to get a different plumber to come and fix the so called work they did from F*****s. I just want a refund

      F*****’s Plumbing received a call for a job from ***** ******* @ **** ** *** ** * ****** ** on July 6th. The job was completed on July 7th with no complaints from customer. About a week later, I received a text message stating that one of the toilets was making a popping sound when sitting on it and wasn’t stable on the floor. I asked if it was the one that we had to caulk since the floor wasn’t level. He said “yes”. When I called him to go back out to take care of the issue he wouldn’t answer. I attempted to reach him twice by calling. On a later date I texted him again to let him know that I had been trying to reach him and to let me know about coming out to take care of the issue. I never received a response from him.

      Yes I saw that they had called me back. However it was not a week later. Only a few days. The wax seals were not sealed and they put plastic bolts instead of metal. Plus half a tube of caulk around one ring on the other toilet. I didn’t want them to come back and halfway try and re-fix anything. Took 3 guys over 2 hours for just these few things. Company that fixed them right was here maybe an hour and it was one guy that cleaned up all the trash without me having to supply everything to him. So yes I want a refund for the shotty so called work done.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Who wants people in their home that don’t know what they are doing? Not me and not anyone else that cares about the home they are fixing. Utter disrespect and totally unprofessional people. Turns out they have a bad name around after asking in my county.
