      We hired this company to clean our Short Term Rental between guests. We found their cleaning to be sub par and not up to our expectations. We received low cleanliness ratings and negative feedback from our guests as well. When we brought these issue to their attention they say they will gladly go back out and correct the issue when we find them, which is to be expected, however, we are out of town owners and cannot be expected to check up on them after every clean, we need to trust they can complete the job according to expectations. When we did happen to be in town and check up after a clean, we found some aspects of the clean to be well done such as the beds and linens and towels; but poor in areas like sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming. Overall, we found their cleanings to be below expectations. The hot tub we paid extra to have cleaned had scum all around the edges and the chemicals levels were not even close to the appropriate levels which was of great concern for us as it can potentially harm our guests. It seems they've run into this problem with other clients and so they changed their name to *********************** instead of FullMag. They now have a very extensive one-sided contract that basically absolves them of any sort of responsibility and leaves the customer with no recourse to challenge what we found to be very unreasonable punitive fees. For instance, they charge $75 to clean the entire house, but $250 for an "undisclosed pet fee". They charged us this fee, we reached out to the guest who doesn't even own a pet and did not have one during their stay, yet they charged us anyway saying they found pet hair. The pet hair was likely from a previous stay where they had failed to clean it up properly, but they charged us $250 anyway and hid behind their contract. So we fired them. They charged us $900 to cancel the contract. Money well spent to not have to do business with these folks anymore. ****** learned. I would not recommend them.

      With that said it looks like you went a little left of the truth, not to worry we can help you clarify.


      We have worked with you on this property for over 2 years, and have had only 2 issues about cleaning brought to our attention, which makes sense seeing as your rental has a 4.8 star out of 5 rating. (Wouldnt be the case if our cleaning was below expectations.


      Hot tubs change after each guest depending on what they did with it (since you chose to leave chemicals out for them to use even if they have no clue how to) but each visit we have wiped down and balanced all chemical levels as we are supposed to.


      Full Mag started out as a solid waste business and we grew so exponentially with both that and the demand for our business to clean rentals due to awesome feedback from honest owners, that we had to separate the solid waste business from the ******************* business and thus RAM ******************* LLC was born. This had nothing to do with an alleged issue with another client.


      The contract is a very important part of any business relationship and thus Im sure as responsible rental owners you guys full read the contract and made the choice that it was a good fit for your needs since you chose to sign it (multiple years in a row). Some contracts do not fit everyone but thats why you should always read and if you dont agree with something that would be the time to find a different company.
      Our early termination fees are also listed very clearly so yes if you terminate your agreed term contract you would then pay the early term fee, thats common knowledge.


      Our pet fee is very clearly stated and would never be an issue if you make sure to let us know its a pet stay before hand, unfortunately you failed to do so which caused us to have to get the correct team out to clean it and we still pay the first team for driving out because we value our employees and their time.

      All that said we appreciate your time with us and again appreciate the honest feedback. 

      We may return the favor and provide some honest feedback about what it has been like working with you guys, currently havent decided if we will or not but plenty of places and people to spread it to if we do.

      This company has been a godsend for our rental! We were referred to them by another property they manage that I happen to be friends with, and I am so glad I made the change because everything has been wonderful. Theyre there when we need them. Theyre there when our guest need them weve had no issues whatsoever.These few reviews or complaints they have truly must be very hateful people because we know of a group of the homeowners they service and there is nothing going around other than how awesome they are! Some people just want to put others down because they cant succeed themselves

      This is the worst service provider we've ever worked with. His wife is very nice, but the owner is something else. We hired these folks to do rental turnover and be on call since we are out-of-state owners. They told us they would be do do our cleanings themselves. Untrue. I made a surprise visit after their first cleaning and found a wad of hair in the shower, items covered in dust, unclean countertops, toothpaste on mirrors, and dirty floors. I spent a day bringing our house back to what a guest would expect.Second visit after they "cleaned", I found baked potatoes in the oven, soap scum on shower walls/doors, trash out back, guest items in a closet, and the same level of dirt as last time. This time I contacted him and he told me the house was clean and someone else must have made a mess because he himself cleaned it, so basically I was a liar. He talked to me as if I was a nobody and had never heard the customer is always right. I chalked this up to him being (and coming off as) a chauvinist as I don't he would have talked to my husband that way. I've never, ever had this experience. He told me, "no one has complained about the cleaning" before and I told him it was because I had to come every three weeks to do a deep clean because they wouldn't do the basics regularly.The awful cleaning jobs continued until we finally found someone else, but by then had several customers complain about the cleanliness upon arrival and finally started getting bad review's BECAUSE OF THEM! What a nice surprise I had with a used Ozempic needle on our bathroom floor once! In addition, we had an issue with our AC unit and they were supposed to be our on call agent. Our guest reported he answered the phone and said they don't perform any services. So much for that claim. Upon parting, my husband texted him several times to talk about a transition and he sent the same passive-aggressive texts repeatedly to him. Pretty sure he thought it was me-a woman. I feel bad for his wife.

      ***** is a very interesting and dramatic individual, unfortunately everything she has dramatized above is false.. or at least was not brought to our attention. For starters this company is owned equally by husband and wife, secondly this is not wal mart and the customer simply is not always right. Our contract is very clear on the services we provide and if ***** was not happy with what basic included perhaps she should have found other cleaners from the start. It is also very clear how on call works and what she left out here is that we reached out to her husband (clearly the down to earth level headed one of this setup) and he said he was having an ac guy out for it. It also say in our contract that we have cleaners that go out so again it was just her imagination that came up with said it would just be them cleaning.We understand there are plenty of people that you just can not reason with and ***** is one of those people a ***** if you will. So we did enjoy the time that it move to communication with *************** as it was very mutual respect as we conversed.***** just like to say things and try to start things any chance she gets and for that reason we were relieved when we were informed they were moving to a property management company that had its own cleaners also so we didnt have to deal with her drama any longer. We wished **************** all the best moving forward but I guess like she kinda said for us. I feel so sorry for *************** having to carry her around on his back with all her drama and bickering.Thanks everyone for reading and please save yourself the hassle and do not rent from *****/***** at her Airbnb property in ********* as its not worth the drama!

      Used this company for over a year and at least once a month our trash wasnt picked. When we finally decided to cancel our service they sent an invoice requiring us to pay for 4 months of service to cancel due to the contract and after 5 minutes of not paying it there was a follow up text threatening a suit. Followed by 3-4 more texts with the same information after I said I wanted to make sure they picked up my trash for our last week before paying it. Then when I responded saying I would pay it but would definitely being leaving a review I was called simple minded and told they hope I have a better life haha. Thankfully now that Im not using their service my life is already better!

      Unfortunately we have seen this kind of response to ** following the contract a customer signed once before with another simple minded individual whom must have not read the contract prior to signing, however ***** has enjoyed the monthly discount that comes with our annual contract for as she stated for over a year now, but when it comes time for us to collect whats owed us contractually suddenly we are the bad guys.As for her comment on at least once a month trash is missed this accusation is false, however anytime there is a missed service like her road being blocked or trash not out etc, we follow the guidelines as they are set out in the contract ***** chose to sign to receive monthly discounts.Next complaint ***** made cancelled our service (prior to the end of the agreed term) and they sent me an invoice requiring us to pay for 4 monthsThis is also false the invoice she received was an early termination invoice that she was obligated to pay due to cancellation of her annual contract prior to its maturity which is also listed very plain and simple in her contract under Early Termination. Which requires her to pay 75% of the remaining months to cancel early since she enjoyed the discounts for over a year.Third complaint 5 minutes after sent a text this is also false as the rest the message letting her know that her final pickup had been completed and the link to the early termination invoice was sent at 9:10am and was responded to by ***** at 9:40am which we then responded to her after that at 9:42am so as you can see with some simple math there is no instance where a response was sent 5 minutes after and 3-4 following that.Her final complaint of I was called simple minded is the first and only true accusation as she was (indirectly) called simple minded, I was surprised she picked up on that tho.Last comments, we do feel bad for whatever is going on with her that she wants to take her lack of understanding of the contract she chose to sign out on our company via reviews and slander etc but as stated to her we dont worry with simple minded people leaving negative reviews or simple minded people using a negative review they see online as a reason not to use a company. We are however very happy to hear that her life is getting better! Hopefully this will help her to become a less spiteful and hatefully reactive individual. We will be praying for her journey through these apparent troubled times
