  On December 6th I went to *****'s used tires to have 4 tires put on my wheels on my ****** truck.i was told it would be $200 for the 4 tires mounted and balanced so I agreed and paid. The guy pulls my truck in the building and begins taking off my tires they mount 2 on my wheels and told me they couldn't get the old 2 tires off my wheels to put the new ones on that I would have to get them off n then they would put the new ones on to come back the next day 12-7-23 I left under the assumption everything was ok only to have my wheel come off going down the road after 6pm (closing time) so i had to pay a tow bill of $200 after messaging the guy that done the ********* instructed me to come back the next day so i returned to find that they were closed so then I decided to wait until 12-8-23 to return for my tires to be put on and balanced i was told he didn't have time so I offered that I would do the work myself to help him out and he said ok so then I put one of my tires on the rim and he told me he was about to close but I still had one tire left and he told me to return once again so I did i left and returned the next day and got told no they wasn't doing the tire and I'd have to pay $40 more for them to balance my 4 tires that I had been up there 3 days about my tires and I was taken up they're "time by using there machine" the day before and they tried to say I owed money for using the equipment

  First off the tires was sold to this guy as is he had came back wanting them to b installed and was asked to pay an installment fee which he said that he wasnt wantin to pay the fees after he had purchased the tires the price that was charged was for the tires only two days later he wanted them installed for free so he got mad and said was goin to *** me and bash my business name because I would not do the job for free he was very rude blessing me out in front of customers so he was told to leave now hes saying that i put a tire on his car that never happened to make my company look bad and dealing with the public is bad enough but this was very unacceptable they way this guy acted makes no sense at all

  I am rejecting this response because:
  Untrue statements I have tow bill receipt that proves I had tires installed by *****'s and will be taking legal action.
