***************************, Hyundai *********** never returned my call. He ordered me a new Sonata SE and my lease was coming to an end in 3 wks. He called to tell me the Sonata SE was discontinued and I had 3 weeks left to get another car. He said to call him later as I couldn't talk at that moment. I called him about 1-1/2 hrs later and they said he was gone until Mon (this was on a Fri). I asked for a Sales Mgr. *** got on the phone and said he'll be back tomorrow what time do I want him to call me and I said 11 am. No call came in from *************************** on Sat. I called Hyundai and *** said he already left! I asked for a quote as I had very limited time to find another car. He gave me an outrageous quote for an Elantra SEL. Johnson Hyundai of **** was almost $100 less /month and got back to me in a timely fashion with great customer service. I ended up getting it from another dealership who gave me a better deal. *************************** never even responded back. Unacceptable customer service! In addition that Sales Mgr. *** was also not willing to negotiate or talk to me about cheaper options, i.e. putting $ down, $1500, $2000, etc.
