On the date of 01/20/23 I placed a to go order of approximately ***** at around 5:30PM. At approximately 7:00PM we were notified via text message that the order has been canceled by their delivery service (Door Dash) with no further explanation. We immediately tried to reach out to the establishment for an explanation but could never reach anyone. Finally we found the owner, ********************* contact information and reached out to him via phone call. He advised that he did not know what the issue was but was going to have a refund issued at that time. After waiting for 2 days with no refund we again attempted to contact ******************* with no answer. It has now been 5 days with no refund and no answers as to when it will be processed.
