We started a project with Darco Landscaping on 5/15/22. This was a $77,000 backyard patio with a covered structure. Work began on 6/13/22 and was completed roughly on 9/23/22. The project has been incomplete because the City of **** ****** has not permitted it. We are still waiting on a handrail to be installed and several punch list items to be completed. We also paid for additional lighting and controls that still have not been installed. At this point, the contractor has stopped all communication. We would like this handrail installed and the project permit closed. Along with the following punch list items to be completed: Broken paver in front of steps, temporarily installed two pavers unsanded waiting for a replacement, Block around the outlet that was knocked out and never grouted back it. Bullet lights on steps, Bluetooth light controller, and of course the handrail.Business response
