    I purchased 2 CFMOTO CFORCE 1000s in October 2023. About 4 months after purchasing them, the charging system went out on one of the four wheelers and I could no longer ride it. Took it to the dealership on 2/24/2024 where they confirmed this and said a new regulator was needed. They confirmed that it would be covered under warranty however the part is on back order with no ETA. Apparently this is a known problem with CFMOTO products and I could be waiting months. It's difficult to get in touch with the dealership and when I do they have no answers as to when I should expect my four ******* to be repaired. I'm now paying for a four ******* that I can't ride with no idea as to when I might get it back. There are after market parts that are available but of course would be up to me to pay for including labor costs.

    The sales department has the best customer service ever but the service department is absolutely atrocious. Made appointments on 3 different occasions 2 weeks out. The day of the appointment comes and im there at 9am. They keep my bike all day until 530 ( I called but they wouldn't answer the phone) so I go up there for them to tell me we didnt get to your bike. Once ok maybe a bad day. Twice, this is getting suspicious, but three times !!!!!!! No call to say anything. So they were just going to keep my bike overnight without checking with me first. Absolutely horrible!!!! Communication is non existent. 3 separate times!!!!!! Im done. Never going back there ever!!!!!. You guys lost me as a customer!!!!!!

    Hello ****************, You are correct, if that happened, it never should have! The Service Manager in charge at that time is no longer with us over issues like this, and you have my apologies in this regard. The new Service Manager is *********************** and he truly cares like most of our staff does, that everyone has a great customer experience, and the advisor team is now going through further training in regard to better communication skills. I have always told my staff all issues that come up can be solved by great communication. Looks like this is another example of how it can go bad if they don't communicate properly. We hope you will someday give us a second chance but I understand your frustration and anger in this issue and it has been dealt with. Thank you for reading.
