I ordered a watch from Lux Woods after seeing advertisements for there watches. The watch seemed to be of decent quality when I first got it, after a while I noticed that dust and dirt started to build up under the glass where I could not clean it. Then I noticed the main portion of wood was cracking and seperating. I have now left countless emails to there so called "support team" with no response. This company is unprofessional and untrustworthy, I would advise anyone not to spend money with this company. They sell poor quality items advertised as nice luxury items. Worst watch I've ever owned, the internals where you replace the battery are even worse......looks like the inside of a plastic wind up kids toy.Initial Complaint

My wife purchased a watch from Lux Woods as a Father's Day gift. Personally, I loved the watch and till this day remains one of my favorite watches. However, within a handful of months the watch developed a crack in the face of the wood and I also started having issues with one of the pins (connecting the links) falling out and the watch would fall off my wrist. My wife, ****** contacted Lux Woods via the **** chat, as that was the site that she bought the watch on originally. A customer service agents was kind enough to provide a mailing address where my wife could send the watch to be repaired. My wife then proceeded with some follow-up questions via the same chat, but to no avail. The same agent with whom the chat was initiated was no longer responding. Several months passed and there was no response, so my wife decided to send in the watch per instructions and included a note in the package. Over a month passed and we received no notification of receipt of the package...we then searched for a customer service number to call and could not find one on the website. We did find an email and decided to send an email explaining the situation, fully expecting a response. After a couple of follow-up emails, we still had not received any communication from Lux Woods. Finally, we searched again to find a phone number for the company and came across the following site with a "Company Profile" -- ******************************************* -- There was a contact for a **** ***** and the following listed number: **************** - As you might imagine, we received a voicemail and left a detailed VM detailing our frustrations with our experience. Months have passed and we have received NO communication from the company and we have NO idea where the watch that we sent in and paid for is at this point. Attached is the email chain from my wife to my email and my attempt to contact the company.
