            Langley Contracting did a roof repair at my home on 11/21/20. During the repair, the workers had thrown off debris from roof that left black marks on my siding. During their clean-up they noticed the marks and used some type of cleaner to take the black marks off. The next day, the area in which they cleaned has now turned white, staining the siding. During the inspection on 11/23/20, the salesman noted it in his final inspection and said it would be fixed. On numerous occasions since 11/23/20 it has been looked at by multiple Langley Contracting employees. *** stated that if it could not be fixed then the entire house would have to be redone with siding, since they could not match the color. *** did have the siding pressure washed, but it did not take care of the "stains". Over the last 10 months, I have contacted Langley Contracting in reference to this issue at least 10 times with no resolution. ***** has stated that either her or *** will call me back and they do not.

            ****************** 5/25/25 we have called about the leak on the roof of the home it is causing other problems to appear on the inside as well. We have called many times to asked someone to please come out and fixed the problems. I have called the **********, N.C. ********************** N.C. The only we are keep getting hearing here lately, no one comes to do the repairs. We had shingles put on our roof, and liked the way everything was looking at that time. Our roof was done in 2022, and still have warranty on our roof. We are having a leaking problem around the sky light in the master bathroom. We done paid a lot of money$$$$$$$ to have a whole roof put on and now one can come and seal a leak around the skylight. We have been calling since last month. This leak has now caused inside damages around skylight the inside. We know this is a family owed business in other locations. Please respond to these repairs that needs to be done.
