              Not a trustworthy business. Charged $600 for delivery of 8 tons of rock, the same price charged for 10 tons and it was not disclosed prior to job estimate.

              On behalf of St. Clair Trucking Inc. in this matter we have taken this customer to court and the judge has ruled in the corporation's favor on the concerns the customer has. We, in fact, did confirm pricing on our material each time we hauled and dumped for this customer. On the 2nd haul for the customer we confirmed over the phone the price of $600 with the customer and was told to come out and dump our material for the confirmed price of $600. Once we dumped our material, the customer paid us a check for $600 and when our company deposit the check, the customer's wife stop the payment on the check and we had to file for small claims court to get our agreement fulfilled. The judge ruled in St. Clair Trucking Inc favor for the customer to pay the agreed upon price of $600. We fulfilled the agreement and we only had an issue when the customer did not follow through on their commitment. We have been in business for over 40 years and have never experienced an issue like this or had a complaint.
