    A technician from BestPro visited on at least three occasions to attempt to diagnose and repair my thermador stovetop. Each time charging me money and ordering a part they said it needed, one of which I later found out from the Thermador diagnostic technician, that my stove doesnt even use. They never correctly diagnosed the problem nor could fix it. They will not give me an itemized statement of what dates they were at my house, the costs of labor on those days, or the parts ordered and the cost of those parts. Ive been trying to get this information for many months. I was finally emailed a statement showing the total amount but without any dates, labor charges, or parts charges or details of work done. The stovetop behaves the same as if they never came. They tried to blame it on the gas pressure coming into the house. That was incorrect. I want a refund for them not fixing my stovetop and I want an itemized statement showing exactly what work they did and the cost of that work and the cost of the parts they ordered. Im guessing this company has many franchises that do not have an actual storefront location and when I call, they simply say hello. I can never speak to a manager or anyone and am told someone will get back to me, but they never have.

    Hired this contractor to install a new above-range microwave. Contractor was supposed to arrive for install **** a.m. but never showed. Called the main number, and they were able to come and get the contractor, ****, to contact me and he agreed to arrive between 6-8 p.m. for install. Was told he didn't arrive earlier in the day for the schedule appointment because he was "moving my house." **** tried to install the microwave but was not successful, mainly because he didn't remove the old mounting bracket from the wall and didn't install the new one that came with the new microwave. He left the microwave tilted forward on the old bracket, which is higher in the wall than the new one is supposed to be (per the mounting template that came with the new microwave) and out of alignment and told me that I needed a new mounting bracket and that there would be an additional charge but he would give me a "discount." Upon my own investigation after reading the instructions that came with the microwave, I discovered that was not true and informed him that the new mounting bracket was with the new microwave and told him the old one needed to be removed and the new one installed and he told me "maybe you are right" and he agreed to come back to finish the install correctly at no additional charge but never showed for the appointment time. Does not appear the appliance contractor knew how to correctly install the microwave (and more fundamentally didn't bother to read the directions) or just didn't feel like dealing with it after "moving [his] house" and left the job unfinished despite being paid. Would never use this service again or recommend them to anyone.
