    We were checking out this school over the summer with the hopes of starting our son with them in the fall. Due to class size, the first date available was October. We were okay with that as it was only a month after the start of their curriculum year began. They canceled a second tour (and later accused us of canceling on them) but after being able to reschedule, we felt that the environment was appropriate for our son. We verbally confirmed the October start date not only during the first and second tours we took but once again on the day we dropped off the enrollment paperwork. We wanted to pay the required tuition to hold his spot at the time of dropping off the enrollment paperwork but were denied and informed that we would have to do it online after his account was created. This was on a Friday, we were informed the account would be set up on Monday.On WEDNESDAY we finally received an email saying that our account was created. And oh, by the way, his start date would now be December After finding a corporate number as I wasn't able to get resolution at the store level, and being transferred a few times, I finally spoke with someone who apologized and promised me a district manager would be in touch within 24 to 48 hours and a follow-up from corporate shortly thereafter. The next day, the principal called me with what I could sum up as an attempt to educate me on the process and where my confusion lay.The principal promised to check with sister schools for October availability and get back to me by the end of the day. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything yet.I still haven't heard back from anyone higher up, despite making multiple calls and being promised a callback from a district manager. It's been two weeks now.If a company can't handle basic tasks or hold themselves accountable, can they be trusted with your child's care and education?
