I hired ************ media to format my book, to obtain copyrights, to obtain an ISBN #, as well as to set up an Amazon account in my name, and for my book to be completed withing *************************************************************** different books he has worked on and a movie he produced, saying he was a man of God, a pastor and God sent him to me, we went over contract details July 17, 2022. I decided to go with his company, ***** Z Media. He assured me we would do zoom meetings, along with weekly updates, no changes would be made without my approval first, as well as prayers. He also told me his partner was a lawyer and I would be covered if there were any issues with the book/product. I sent ******* for initial contract, ****** for editing, and ******* for copies of books. Per his request to be sent *************** to his wife ***********************. Payments were received between July and Sep of 2022. As of today, Dec 13, 2022, I still have no product or refund for my money. After experiencing no prayers, no zoom meetings and only one or two calls by ****. The book was published, although ************************* or ***** Z Media was the ones who received the royalties. In my contract it states I am to receive 100% royalties. In November the book was reissued into my name and bank information. several days later my account was locked out due to suspicious activity. As of December, I got it all fixed and *********************** contacted me saying she finally got my web page linked to my book on amazon. However, she couldn't find the link an hour later. I woke up to find my whole account has been deleted. Yet, ***** Z media book that has been out of stock is still listed since oct. Also, halfway thru our contract ***** informed me thru email that he changed the company name to Good Story, he also ended our business relationship saying a friend of mine threatened him. which is not true...***** agreed to refund me my royalties and ******* for the books I never received.

***** from ************ contacted me via ******** messenger checking to see if I had interest in having an app developed. After some conversation, I agreed to allow him to help me publish my first book. I hired them to create my book cover and interior layout. The book cover took twice the length of time to complete and when I asked for a change in font, they convinced me it was fine. I was given one proof concept and was so anxious to get the book out, I agreed. The book layout went well beyond the commitment date and because I was strongly encouraged to announce my launch date by *****, I had already shared with my audience the date. By the time I got the layout back, there was very little time to make changes. I wound up launching a book of inferior quality. I have a letter written at the beginning of the book with my signature on a page of its own. ********************* were overlooked.With tons of pressure, I was convinced to let them help me with a website. I should have seen the signs. TONS of promises were made, including completion dates. Time after time, commitments weren't met. When I decided to no longer go forward with the website, I was told by ***** that I'm not "allowed" to cancel - even though a contract was never signed. I pre-paid $3,000 to his personal account (again, another red flag and stupidity on my part) and requested at least a partial refund - of which I was denied. ***** kept telling me to speak with his partner, who I had never spoken with or heard of before.DO NOT do business with this company. They will take your money, causing extreme amounts of delay and heartache. They use God as a marketing tool and prey on people's faith. They use faith as a manipulation tool to hook you. Character and integrity lacks severely.***** will most likely respond and deny all of this or state that I have never been his client. Lies! Do not believe anything.
