    May 12th 2024 - June 4th ***************************************** this apartment 3 bed 2 bath, after getting home from her birthday celebration we go into the 3rd room to store one of her gifts in the closet. I look up and see mold all along the ceiling as well as the bottom left to the right corner of the closet covered in mold. My sister has asthma as well as a few other health issues that could potentially target her immune systems. It took us 3 days after discovering the mold to have anyone come and look at it. We submitted a work order, left a voicemail and then finally I just had to walk into the office with the pictures and clarify that it was a health issue to leave this unresolved. They came and cut out the areas in the closet as well as an additional hole in our hallway, that stayed for the 18 days. The hole and cut outs let our electric bill run higher than normal as well as the heater they needed to run for several days. We had to throw out the majority of stuff we had stored in that closet. Not to mention any future issues that could arise for my asthmatic sister, with mold being a known irritant. The problem lies where both the apartment above and below us (were the 2nd floor) had the same mold issue! They offered no sort of preventative measures, no inspections or even a heads up! I understand things can slip through the cracks but they still want us to pay full rent after having our 3rd room out of commission with family due in from out of town. It was a huge inconvenience. Some sort of compensation should be issued for the loss of space and potential medical risk. I attached pictures to clarify the severity.

    If you like, living in a mold infested apartment that even the maintenance man says, is unsafe to fix while youre a tenant but they wont let you out of your lease- then this is the place for you.! The office workers are terrible. They get aggressive with you when you try to make a complaint, stay clear unless you like living in sub human conditions
