So my problem is that my power goes on and off constantly sometimes multiple times in a day there doesn't appear to be any cause for it because a lot of times it happens when it's sunny and there's not even any wind blowing. I've talked to multiple neighbors close by to me who were with the same power company and they also have the same issues of the power going out and flickering on and off for no reason. I do recognize that I live in a rural area and that sometimes things happen that are out of our control but at the same time these incidences of the power outages have been worse and more frequent which considering the growth in this area I would figure that would have gotten better over the years and not worse. Anytime I've tried to talk with them over the phone about this or get more information or see what can be done about it they are less than helpful and deny that there's any problems. I have tried to talk with people over the phone about this the last couple years I've tried to get in touch with their supervisor and have been told that they don't have a supervisor. With all this being said any of the people I've actually run into that work for the power line Crews and actually do the physical labor seem to be very good at their jobs and and helpful so I don't know if it's just that they don't have enough support from the people above them or what the deal is. I would just like for them to acknowledge that there's problems and give me some kind of idea of what there plans are to fix it. Is an area of the country becomes more developed the problems with utilities shouldn't get worse they should get better. And if it's something out of their control preventing them from fixing these problems they need to let us know so that we can go advocate with the state and local governments to get some help from them. If they were better at communicating and listen to their customers maybe I wouldn't be having to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
