I hired this company to repair a flat tire on my 50cc motorbike. I had a friend bring my moped to the mechanic's shop. After leaving messages for about a week I finally received a reply telling me he had not even begun to work on it.He demanded $200 up front in a ride manner. He insisted I knew this policy beforehand but I did not. He also implied that he would do a "trade", meaning for ***.I sent him the $200 via Cash app. Another week passes and he still had not begun work on my moped.Eventually he tells me he cannot fix it because of some damage to the wheel. Did not give specifics. Again, he was rude to **** waited a couple days before asking for a refund. He refused to refund my payment.Business response

THIS IS A FLAT BALD FACE LIE .. I DID NOT REFUSE TO REFUND HER MONEY ... I BOUGHT THE **** FOR THE MACHINE AND SPENT 2 HOURS TRYING TO GET THE **** OFF THAT SOMEONE HAD SEIZED THE **** ON IT I CALLED HER AND STATED I COULDNT DO ANYTHING FOR THE MACHINE THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO PICK IT UP IT WAS JUNK .. I WAS GONNA BUST THE ****** TRYING TO GET THE ***** OFF . SHE ASKED ME TO BUY THE MACHINE I SAID BEING ON THE NICE SIDE I WOULD GIVE HER A ****** FOR SAID MACHINE I DONT NEED IT BUT IT WOULD BE SOMETHING .. IM GETTING REAL SICK OF THESE PEOPLE BRINGING ME JUNK AND EXSPECT ME TO FIX SOMETHING THEY DID THEIR SELF .. THE MACHINE WAS BROUGHT AND DROPPED OFF AT MY SHOP I DIDNT ACCEPT THE MACHINE TO EVEN WORK ON I HAVE ***** IN A **** AND 140 IN LABOR THAT IS PAID WITH THE ****** SHE CAN PICK THIS SAID PIECE OF JUNK UP OUTSIDE MY GATE CAUSE I HAVE NO NEED FOR IT PEOPLE DROP THINGS OFF AND LEAVE IT AND THEIR JUNK NOT MY FAULT BUT WHAT EVER SHE WANTS ID BE GLAD TO REFUND HER MONEY ILL REFUND THE ***** OF THE **** BUT THE LABOR IS DONE SET. IM GETTING REAL ****D OF PEOPLE NOT COMING TO ME ABOUT THESE PROBLEMS OR NOT CALLING ME IM GETTING REAL UPSET OVER THIS

He took possession of my bike in May 2023. He damaged my bike , added over $1000 dollars to original quote then when he told me the bike was ready three months later, it wouldn't run and it took me less than ten days to get the EXTRA MONEY HE ADDED . In that time he filed abandonment papers to try and take my bike. It has to be taken to a different shop to redo all the work I paid for and my bike now leaks oil, won't run, and damage to several parts. I have all three months of text messages and videos of when I went to get my bike. This man needs to be investigated as he has several reviews stating how he's doing things. There's several violations at this so-called shop that should be reported .....
