            Signed a contract 4/21 for a tiny home build to be completed in 3-4 months. Nine months out and it's still unfinished and builder ******************* asks for more money. My response is yes, but give me a completion date, and he refuses. After months of silence I involve the ***** because he has $60K of my money and won't give me the uncompleted house. Finally after needless involvement of police and attorney, I finally get the shell. Fast forward to now after spending a year completing the house I try to get a title and the builder ******************* gave me an incorrectly filled out Certificate of Origin and no Bill of Sale. I request these items from him and he refuses to respond. He has $60000 of mine and won't even produce a bill of sale! Uncooperative and targets single older females.

            I spoke with the owner of Vista Tiny Home Builders. He wasted my time for over a year. Making promises he was going to help with permitting. I called Macon County several times and there was never an applicational for a permit ever filed! I would call him and it's always the same lies. Also, I found out he hasn't been paying his workers either, my advice is to stay far away from this company!
