They have overcharged me $460.80 in 4 visits. I confirmed this with my insurance. When I addressed this with them, they said my coverage would not start until March 8th, and that they can not reimburse me until they get an EOB from my insurance. My insurance has not received any claims from them, and my insurance said my coverage began November 2023. My first visit was February 29, 2024, and my last visit was May 1st. Any time I call the office, they say they have to resubmit the claim. They have been doing this for 4 months. My insurance company called and conference me in. They told them the same thing, they would resubmit the claims. My insurance agent confirmed that they had the correct information, and asked them to fax it in.Initial Complaint

We were doubled charged for a procedure. We have contacted the office multiple times about this issue. We never receive call backs. We have been told a refund has been issued, but the charge still appears on our credit card. Carecredit states there is no record of a refund being issued.Business response

We have resolved this issue with our patient. The patient has a receipt of the refund request that we submitted to care credit which leads me to say we have done everything that is necessary from our end and patient seems to have left happy once we gave the patient the refund request receipt.
