Absolutely Terrible. Will do nothing to maintain quality and are over saturating their network to the detriments of their customers. They bought my WISP in Murphy, NC and left us hanging with no other options. Web pages won’t load, wifi calling won’t work… Im beginning to think HughesNet is a better solution. Would not recommend.

River Street network is constantly out both TV and phone service. They do not deserve an A rating more like F or D minus at best. This has been a constant problem over several years of over priced service.Review from Jessica C

They don’t care about their customers. The whole set up is a joke, they just take your money and don’t care if you are actually able to use the service you pay for. By word of mouth I will spread the word telling people not to use them.Review from Robert S

Rude. Sarcastic. Unhelpful. Primitive. Disorganized. Would not do business with them at all if the companies that promised to provide high speed optic fiber internet to rural America lived up to their promises.Review from Laurie M

Horrible dsl connection. Very slow and doesn’t work half the time. Been waiting in my area to get high speed internet for years. Unfortunately riverstreet is only option in my area.Review from Yolanda

We have had this service a few months. It is significantly better than the satellite service we had. The plan is less expensive, and for the most part it runs seamlessly. When there is a problem I wish they would notify us by text or email. Other than that I like the service.Review from Michael W

River Street communications is one of the worst businesses I've had to deal with. I have received no response from emails, messages, and have been on hold for extremely long periods when I try to call. Their online site for paying bills is impossible if I want to make a one-time payment. I can't wait to get another internet provider.
