I sold my motorcycle 5 days ago to this dealer. I have a signed buyers agreement and credit card receipts they offered me $4000 and I paid $4655 on credit cards to pay off the remaining balance of my loan. They have not yet paid off my unit and called asking for more money for a balance difference of $31.84 above the 10 day payoff I provided from my financial institution( American credit acceptance) the 10 day payoff I pulled on Saturday was good for 10 days so good through the 30th. They have sold the motorcycle via ******** without a title and without paying off my unit. So they have my $4655.00 and sold my motorcycle while my loan remains active and about to have a delinquency of payment post on my credit and I have already turned the plate in and cancelled insurance. I have screen shots of the advertisement and sale. The employee of crossroads who soldy sold motorcycle was ***** using his own personal ******** account on marketplace. For $6100 and offering financing. The manager who handled the transaction was *****. His number is- ************Business response

CrossRoads *************** purchased *************************** 2015 XL1200V Sportster, Saturday January 20th 2024 (We are closed on both Sundays and Mondays). We sent in the corresponding pay off to American Credit Acceptance on 01-25-2024.
It typically takes ******* DMV about ***** business days from the date they are electronically notified of a Lien release to send out a title. We received ******************************* Title on February 20th 2024. I called and spoke with ********************* this morning 02-27-2024 explaining that we had just received the BBB notification (BBB Letter dated 02-17-2024). He said okay and ended the conversation.
