              I purchased version 6 of their Folder Lock software with a lifetime license. When I upgraded my computer to the new version of windows the software stopped working. This company made me re-buy the new version of the same software for which I had already paid in order to have it work with the new windows version. This is not acceptable. A lifetime license means just that. It does not mean just for the current windows version. I request this company issue a refund and allow me to keep the new license key I purchased complimentary as part of honoring that lifetime agreement.

              On nov 2020 I paid for a game and guide from Aveyond , I didnt look to see what system it wound work on, When it would not Work On my Mac computer, contacted BMT, The man said it would work on my computer, and argued with me when I said it would not work, Would not give me a refund because he said it wound work,So went to Paypal to explain and ask for a refund, which they did,, After that BMT Locked me out of my Paypal, and my email so I could not buy any Games, They will not answer myphone or email to try to resolve this matter, They have accused me of fraud,Why ?

              The customer purchased the PC guide and did receive a refund for it due to having a MAC. The customer was free to purchase after this, and did. The customer's account is locked out of our system because they filed a fraud chargeback against us through Paypal. We take fraud very seriously, as well as the theft of our virtual goods. The customer received the product, has full use of it, and has now been forcibly refunded by Paypal. For this reason, we cannot allow future purchases from them. Thanks

              I never used the word Fraud , Thats their word, tried to tell them the game would not work on my machine,they would not believe me, I now have the game as I bought it on Big fish games, do not have the game they are talking about, bought a Laptop with windows just so I could play The games, but they will not let me but any ?? Dont believe its very good business?
