My husband and I were traveling into town for a concert. We used Cape Fear Deliveries so that we could eat and run. Once I got the notification it was delivered and it wasn't, I texted the driver. I received an auto text stating I should call the company. I called, left 2 voicemails, and filed a dispute with my bank. I never received any response from the company. I ordered food from ************************ on 1/13/2023. They use Cape Fear Delivery as the "middle man" when placing an online order. When i went to pick up the order i discovered that ************************ has closed but there was nothing online about it. Cape Fear Delivery had already charged my card for the order, $49.98. I called them and they said they were not aware the restaurant had closed either. They told me the charge should drop off in a few days. It has still not dropped off so i called them again on 1/20/23. The woman i spoke with said she was aware of my issue and would have someone call me. That was 3 days ago and i still have heard nothing.Customer response
