Home Comfort Solututions came out on November 30th to clear out a clogged septic tank. He also told me that if he saw that the lines needed to be cleared, he would take care of doing those also. He called and said he had taken care of the problem and that he cleared out the lines and that we shouldn't have any more septic tank issues now. He told me he would be sending us a bill that day and expected payment upon receiving it. I was in total shock when I got a bill for ****! When I called him the first time and asked him what he would charge, he quoted me $334 which I have written down with the other quotes I received. When I called him and told him what he quoted me, he said he had recorded a phone call where he called me and told me it would be ****. I remember getting a call from him but had very bad static on my end and could barely make out what he was saying. That's when I called him back to confirm his price of $334 to which he said ok I'll be right over. I asked him to produce the recording of that phone conversation and he said I don't have it. Funny how he didnt bother to save my call? Since then sewage has been leaking all in the yard where children play and its a healh hazard to them. I took a picture but size is too big to download. I've called him and left 10+ messages stating the situation was urgent, that I needed him to come back out and fix the leak & no call back. When I first contacted him, he answered the phone immediately every time I called. Now that he's got my poor elderly parents money and scammed us, he doesn't call. I told him about my *********************************************************************************************** the Corp and he said he would offer to help them out but never did. So sad! We ended up settling on $770.40 with 2 equal payments to help the cost. I would have been better off going with a local plumber we knew. He charged $400 but I went with the lower to save my parents money. Big mistake!
