I did a recervation through expedia for this hotel, i was going to visit my daugther in **, when i did the recervation i chose the date i wanted to book which was 07/29 to 07/30 , this is the day i chose, than i did the payment and i was confident that everything went well, bcs they took the money from the credit card right away.a few min later i received a confirmation email about the booking, and i saw that it had a diferent date, it was booked for 08/06 to 08/07 2023 , so i went back to the website and cancelled it, again this was in terms of minutes, not even an hour, next day i called the hotel to ask about the refund and they said i had to call expedia since i booked through expedia, they said that expedia was going to give me the full refund.so i called expedia and same thing, i asked them about the refund the hotel said they were going to give me the refund, and they said this is not up to us to give you a refund, we will have to call the hotel and they have to agree on the refund, so they said they called the hotel asked for the refund and it seems like the hotel did not agreed on the refun because they say it company policy, so i never got the refund bcs company policy.i think its not fair this people take adavante of customers like that. changing the dates on the itinerary , the cancelling was on the same hour of the booking, they said cancellation rules were on the page, but probably always on tiny letters so people dont see them, and than they say well it was there, its your problem if you dont red them. but im pretty sure it was not there when i book the room the refund its of $121.46 they have something like itineray # in case you need it #************** i know its not a lot, but for me it is, its a day of work, since i dont make the huge amount of money.since right now really thank you for taking the time to read and do something about this.very much appreciate thank you and have a nice day.
