Last week I reserved a room at red roof in Wilmington North Carolina. We were to attend a baby shower, but the mother to be had to cancel the event due to Covid. When I made the reservation I was told they no longer have Veteran discount available so to use the member advance rate. I was also told if there was any problem where I had to change or cancel the reservation they will take care of that for me. I need the money back I will not be able to get the money back. The resolution I want is a refund. I have no other reason to go there. I feel like I am being taken advantage of and robbed.Business response

False Advertising, on their website and to vendors, about having access to a swimming pool, coffee and breakfast.
