    This system really stinks!! Rejects valid documents for no good reason. Why would you need to get blood antibody titers to prove vaccinations if you have a signed form from your physician that you have had all your immunizations with specific dates that have allowed you to go through elementary school, middle school, high school and acceptance into college? Totally unnecessary for the average person. Even seeking a job in a healthcare facility after graduation, if you are so lucky to get through this system, does not require this. Took an advanced ********* Lifeguarding/BLS with CPR and AED trying for Professionals and it was rejected because its not just a Basic Life saving course from *************************** Ridiculous! My course was 29 hours and above and beyond what is needed, but not acceptable?Getting someone live on the phone takes forever. Must admit most are very nice but still dont feel like I accomplished anything. Just waiting more to have things reviewed again. So many negative reviews. Cant understand why colleges require you to use this service?

    I WOULD GIVE THEM A BIG, FAT ZERO IF I COULD. I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER SEMESTER TO START SCHOOL BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T EMAIL OR TEXT OR LEAVE A VOICEMAIL STATING THAT THEY NEEDED TO SPEAK WITH ME BECAUSE THEY HAVE, "LAWS THEY HAVE TO FOLLOW!!!!!!" THAT IS A BUNCH OF LIES BECAUSE ALL THEY HAD TO SAY WAS THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO REACH ME, NOT WHAT IT WAS ABOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY MUST THINK PEOPLE ARE STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!RUDE, OBNOXIOUS AND NO WAY TO LEAVE A COMPLAINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY'RE ONLY IN BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY ***************** OTHERWISE THEY WOULD BE UNDER THE GROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Absolutely horrible to work with trying to get background check for school. Everybody tells you something different each time you call. This company should not even be in business. Everybody literally has their head up their *****..

    I have original documentation from my primary provider's office showing the results that I need for qualified workability (immunizations). Castle Branch has rejected my results as not eligible. I have to wonder what kind of incompetence is working for and validating or rejecting my paperwork. It sure the heck is not a medically trained individual. This has been such a waste of my time and effort. This company is a poor excuse for validation. I would not recommend it to anyone. I tried calling the customer support line and was on hold for over an hour. Based on the ratings of this company I do not know how they stay in business. If I had to describe this company in one word, it would be INCOMPETENT.

    horrible customer service. I am on the phone currently and have a total of 3 hour wait times in between people. I was transferred from one person to another and would wait 45 minutes to an hour each time. I asked for a specific number so I don't have to go through the channels and they said the cannot provide me with one. Horrible. Their lack of service will prevent me from graduating with my master's degree in nursing since I graduate in two weeks and need my paperwork expedited. I have already paid the extra $50 and my service is still horrible. If I could give zero stars, I woud.

    Castle Branch Inc needs to make good on reports they run when they send the wrong report and charge people. I ran reports on four employees for a project they were needed on within two weeks. I clicked the box for **************** Base" search. They sent back reports that indicated none of the four had criminal offenses. We know two had criminal offenses. When I called about the reports being incorrect they told me we chose Nationwide Sexual Offender Index. We did not choose that, we do not need that, we have never chosen that. They charged us $100.00 for the reports anyway and did not offer any remediation on the issue. I will never use Castle Branch Inc again. They are not worthy of one star for service or customer satisfaction. This site made me choose the one star.

    I was required to use castle branch for my background check for my nursing course and be ready for applications for Spring. I applied 3 weeks ahead of time and called several times getting multiple false promises and assurances that I will either have it before course or they would make sure that the program kept me in due to not my fault. A different employee even talked to my instructor giving her assurances. Low and behold, I had to be dropped from the program regardless of the weeks I had ordered in advance along with constant false assurances. It cost me time, money, and future program opportunities. They should be fined, reprimanded, or something. I paid for their service to s**** me over.

    If i could give no start I would. I was required by ****************** to use castle branch as a 3rd party for my UDS for my capstone for my MSN. I went to lab on 6/15/23 for this and was told it would take 3-5 business days. It is now 6/27/23 and the results have still not been released. I have requested several times for them to call LabCorp, but they refuse. LabCorp as well as medical review are requesting, they reach out via phone, but they refuse. Supervisors yelling at myself on the phone stating there is nothing they can do. I said yes there is, you can call LabCorp. Supervisor continued yelling, I was in tears at work, and beyond frustrated. It has been 8 business days and I can't start my last course without these results. No one has offered any resolution to issue besides opening an inquiry to the drug testing department. The response from the drug testing department the 5 times I have requested this is that my UDS is still in processing. I explained they should know it does not take 8 business to process a specimen. This company is deplorable and should not be operating if they are not capable of making a simple phone call. All this after they charge almost $70 for this stress.

    Well for starters I was just accepted into the nursing program and they use castle branch as a resource for all documentation from the drug screening to the clearances. Now I paid for it 2 days ago, went on to my to-do list and printed out all of the documents that I needed to fill out and my physical forms. I got papers filled out and when I logged back in to submit them, my to-do list was gone. I thought ok maybe my laptop is spazzing out so I restarted it and again, no to-do list. So then I downloaded the app on my phone and same thing. After racking my brain and trying everything I could possibly think of to fix it, I emailed them and got an email back from them saying that I had a response but I had to login to mycb to read it. SO, I login YET again, and guess what??? THERE IS NOTHING THERE!!!!! My claim says it's still processing.... I am beyond frustrated with all of this!! As a nursing student I have deadlines as to when these documents need to be submitted, and if they don't get submitted in time, I will lose my spot in clinicals.. I paid for a service that I literally cannot use. But sadly I don't have a choice but to go through them because they are who my school goes thru......

    I would honestly give this company 0 stars. Why do these schools need to use these pricey platforms? I had trouble uploading docs to the appropriate space and my school needed me to redo it because the one page was too blurry and too small. So I contacted this place for help how to re upload docs and was on hold for 25 minutes trying to get the right person to help me and finally I was told that my inquiry had to be sent out to be looked at by (forget what name team she said) a team and will get back to me within 3 days! This is crazy. Anyway, got word that apparently you can not re upload docs I have to pay for a whole new subscription! This is not convenient for people on small budgets trying to get through school to better themselves. Shame on this company. TERRIBLE!!!
