Just recently received A *********************** mixed metal Pendant , along side a 2.7 mm Sterling silver box chain by DY. Unlike ***********************, this item when delivered came with the chain already connected with the pendant. As though it came right off from its display or from a slot candy machine. Items were not securely stored or wrapped to avoid damage. That being said the pendant came with several scratched and wear as though it was used. And the Sterling silver chain that was bought alongside with such item seemed a bit off I have several chains already from DY and looking at the quality of this one in particular, its weight was off as well as it missing a stamp that normally included on both sides of its clasp. This chain only had one. I dont suggest to anyone in buying any *********************** products from here. Strictly go through the supplier.Review from Jason D

I purchased a ring from Reeds back in spring of 2023. Recently the ring was damaged and broke in half. I spoke with the company that makes the ring a week and a half ago and I was told that Reeds had to send it to them and they would warranty it. Fast forward a week and a half later and Im getting the run around from Reeds with no one having any idea on whats going on. Had I known this company was run this way, I wouldve went elsewhere.Review from Eric L

***** at ************ ** is the snarkiest manager *** ever met! She is so quick to snip at employees and customers. She told a new girl to come help me at ******* because I wasnt going to buy. I ended up buying from the girl because I wanted the rude red head to be proven Wrong.Review from Martha D

I was mislead about their return policy. Tried to solve my issue with their district manager but I was told they stand by their salespeople not the consumer. I should have read their return policy in the tiny receipt that was handed out to me after purchase. Will never buy from them again and I hope you don't either. Consumers be aware!!!!!Review from Kiana A

We purchased my engagement ring on September 18, 2021, along with the protection plan, Thank God we did, in February of 2022, I had to take my ring back to Reed's just 5 months after we purchased it to have a diamond replaced & my prong repaired, was ensured that all the prongs were checked & my ring was cleaned & everything was fine, I was without my engagement for over a month & on August 8, 2022, I had to take my ring back to Reed's for the same exact issue & was advised today, August 19, 2022, my ring will not be back until September 3, 2022, this is unacceptable!!!!!!!! It has not been a year since I've had my engagement ring & I have been without it on 2 separate occasions for weeks! I am completely discussed. I had an engagement dinner & did not have my ring! I will never make a purchase from this store ever again! I went to Reeds to get a beautiful, high quality engagement ring, not a piece of jewelry that I have to keep driving an hour one way to drop off & drive another hour to pick up.Review from Latisha B

If I could give the Reed's Jewelers of Southpoint a -0 I would. Please do not take your jewelry for repairs at this location. I have a lifetime warranty on my earrings that I received last year for my birthday from my daughter. The diamond earrings were purchased in Va, one of the diamonds came out of one of my earrings so I took it to the Southpoint location for repairs. When I dropped off my earring I was told it could take about 3 weeks for the initial repair to be completed because the jeweler was currently out of work at the time and other repairs were due prior to mines. I had agreed to the timing of repairs and I was told to leave BOTH earrings at the store. I asked the salesman "You need both of them, only one need repairs" the salesmen replied with "yes I need both pair". At that time I felt very iffy and I should have listened to my instinct and left only one earrings but I didn't. That was the biggest Mistake of all and from this moment this is where it gets even worse. My earring was "repaired" within a week and a half , I received an email from Eduardo on 4/20 stating my earrings were ready for pickup and that upon arrival he would need my phone number because it wasn't noted in their system. Wait what??? no phone number all of this information was on my receipt and warranty. When I arrived at Reed's Jeweler of Southpoint on 4/23 to pick up my earrings Eduardo was the salesman that handed me my "repaired" earring. When I saw my earrings I was horrified, those were NOT the earrings I had dropped off for repairs. I haven't even worn the earrings for a year. The earrings Eduardo gave me were old and yellowish. The backings of the earrings looked like they were from the .99 cent store. Please see the pictures below for comparison. I told Eduardo the earrings were not mines, and he replied with those are the earrings indicated in their system for repair from the jeweler. He asked me if I wanted to wear the earrings out and I replied with "no". He wrapped tReview from Carol c.

Reeds Jewelers accepted my work order to repair a diamond earring on ------day. When I returned to pick up my item, I was informed that the jeweler was out of town so I asked to have it returned to me. The earring returned to me by the sales clerk was a cheap $1.00 costume jewelry earring instead of my diamond earring. The police was contacted and a report was filed but my earring has not been returned and Reeds has been unwilling to assist me even though and the work order indicated that my earring had a value of $450.00 and that value of my diamond was 7,000$
The person who changed my diamond was
"The manager"Robert M M. In Destin Fl.
He changed my diamond for ship one cost not even a dollar I got a lawyer.

We take these accusation very seriously from Ms. ******** and have performed a complete investigation about her accusations. The gemstone in question that was left with our store was clearly listed on Ms. *********** repair receipt as a "clear CZ", cubic zirconia. It was explained to Ms. ******** at the time she left the earring with us and she signed the repair receipt acknowledging that our description of the item was accurate.
We apologize for any misunderstanding, however, the stone in question was not replaced. As noted in the complaint, we did not have a jeweler on premise that could have performed such a replacement during the time it was in our possession.
