Absolutely horrible customer representation. Signed contract on 01-30-23 was instructed that my point of contact was the paralegal. On Friday June 29,2023 @ 3:49pm I received an email stating the attorney was scheduling a phone conference for Monday July 3, 2023 @ 4:00pm. Initially I responded stating I would not be able to make it, I was able to rearrange my prior obligations and contacted both via email and voicemail before 9:00 am Monday morning stating my availability had opened up and to please confirm 4:00 pm appointment was still scheduled. never received any sort of response until 3:30 pm after I called the office. It was the paralegal assuring me that the attorney had me on the books for 4:00pm. 4:30 came I contacted the office again and eventually @ 5:30 the attorney finally called. understand this was the 1st and only communication I had ever had with the attorney and been in contract since January 30. There was a hearing scheduled for July 5,2023 and the on the phone the attorney insisted on withdrawing from the case, I refused to honor the request. I even emailed attorney after the phone call to state I did not request the withdrawal only to receive withdrawal docs via email. I requested on 3 separate occasions for a senior partner or Mr. ********************** to contact me in addition to requesting and specified explanation detailing the reason for the withdrawal and have yet to receive any response. This wasted almost 6 months of time on my case, made it impossible to secure new council due to the attorney withdrawing from the case. Not to mention the inconvenience created with the ********************* case resulting from the timing and inconsideration of the attorneys actions. There has been a complaint filed with The **** *************** citing multiple infractions of the code of ethics. I am submitting this review in hopes that no one else has to endure such unprofessionalism and utter injustice. contrary to the statements the clients are not their 1st priority
