    Coastal Kia is doing their best to support increased inflation in these difficult times. They are charging 20-25% over MSRP for vehicles. None of the other dealerships in the area, Jacksonville, Lumberton and Myrtle Beach are employing such gouging tactics. Mr. Koballa should be embarrassed and ashamed of himself.

    Thank you for your BBB reply and the several emails and phone calls to address this situation. I trust that your product specialist has acknowledged his error and this is not a "he said, he said" situation.

    I have always had an excellent experience with your service department as everyone is very professional. My 1 star rating was simply based on the comments and pricing quoted by your product specialist.

    Not sure how to do this, but based on your service department and your excellent follow up to my concerns I would be happy to increase overall Coastal Kia rating to a 4.
