On April 23, 2021, I approved $4836.40 estimate to replace an inground pool liner from Wilmington Pools. Chris, from Wilmington pools, told me it would be six weeks before we would get the liner. On April 30, 2021, I gave Chris a deposit of $2418.20. Because of bad weather, I didn't call about the liner until 8 or 9 weeks after it was ordered. When called, Chris told me the liner was in but he had no idea when he could install it He told me perhaps the end of that week or the following week. That was July. Since then I have both called and written for an update, and not received responses to any of my messages. When purchasing, I let Chris know we would be leaving NC in July. Because of the delay, we never left. I have called and/or written to Chris everyday this week with no reponse. On September 15 I told him if the liner was not installed by October 1, when we finally leave, I will seek third party assistance. No responnse received.Business response
