I requested that they terminate my service in November 2023 and remove their tank from my property because i was only renting not buying the tank. They did not remove the tank from my property until April 2024 , but they are trying to charge me for removing their tank from my property. I tried working with them starting in January 2022 , but they are not a trust worthy company please help me with this complaint.Initial Complaint

WE HAVE SWITCHED FROM GAS TO ELECTRIC HEAT AND WE HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR A MONTH TO GET THE PROPANE **** REMOVED FROM OUR PROPERTY. EVERY TIME WE CALL THE **** ** OFFICE THEY EITHER DON'T ANSWER THE ***** OR SAY THEY ARE VERY BUSY. WE HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE FEB. 15 AND THE **** IS STILL SITTING ON MY PROPERTY. THEY EVEN CAME TO FILL THE **** NOW THEY WANTING PAYMENT. **** AT OFFICE SAID NO WORRIES THEY WOULD PICK UP THE ****, THE **** WAS'NT OWED SINCE WE HAD NOTIFED THEM AND DID'NT USE ANY GAS. THE **** HAD 20 PERCENT LEFT IN IT BEFORE THEY FILLED IT. THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME RENT FOR THEIR **** BUT NOW THAT I DON'T NEED IT I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD CHARGE THEM RENT. IT SHOULD'NT TAKE A MONTH TO PICK UP A ****.Initial Complaint

By phone on 1/28/22 at 2:07 pm, I used my debit card to purchase 100 gallons gas from Diversified Energy in Wallace NC for $302.17. It cleared my account on 1/31/22. I informed I had a little over 20 in my tank at the time. Dates called: 2/2/22 Called about gas delivery was informed it will be delivered as soon as they can and drivers have ticket; 2/3/22 Called about gas delivery and informed by Faith drivers have my ticket and I was scheduled for delivery that day. 2/6/22 called to ask when I will receive my gas and was informed drivers have my ticket and they are behind, and I will receive & they are delivering on both days this weekend. I informed that I was less than 10 and I will fall a complaint if not received. I was informed I should call when down to 20 or 30 which will give them 7-10 days to get to me. I stated I did call when I was a little more than 20. I was told that I had enough for 3-4 more days even if I did not get this weekend. On 1/26/22 when I called to ask how much 100 gallons of gas is, I was asked for my name and clerk looked something up and quoted $302.17 which make me wonder if there are different prices for different people A couple months ago I tried to go to another vendor and they lied and said tank was theirs but my Dad paid for this tank from Worsley Oil Company and it has a "W" on it. A;so I think I was given a negative review by Diversified Energy.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/02/16) */ I spoke with the customer and the gas was delivered. She agreed there was a misunderstanding due to bad information and advised me she was going to withdraw the complaint, on her own accord to be clear.
