This company has listed my personal address and information (including sensitive financial info like my mortgage loan provider, interest rate, how much I purchased my home for and how much I owe on the mortgage, along with county info like the parcel number and names in the title.)My family had to install a privacy gate, security cameras, and no trespassing signs to stop people from driving up to view our home. They seem to be finding us through connectedinvestors.com and dont care that I am not interested in selling my property. Im also monitoring our property through the state title notification system at my own expense in case someone tries to commit deed fraud with the information this company has conveniently made available to scammers without my consent or knowledge. I do not give Connected Investors permission to share any of my personal data. I have NO intention of selling my property, and demand that all of my personal information, my spouses personal information, and any and all information related to my property and my mortgage loan be removed from connected investors.com immediately.Business Response

I am flatly rejecting this response. I can see why Connected Investors has such a poor reputation with legitimate investors.
While this information may be "publicly available," each listing on the CI website can be considered sensitive data specifically due to the form the data sharing takes. It should be noted that it would take a concerted effort for any individual investor interested in profiling and assessing every property in their city to compile this much data about even a single property in one place, which is part of the CI business model. This information is not presented in a consumable package like this through official records or government agencies, nor is there any implication that my home may be for sale on official records websites.
Connected Investors profits by serving as a data-compiling middleman. There is zero benefit to me as a property owner or private citizen in having a non-governmental website share this information, and there is considerable risk present, whether or not CI has a weak legal disclaimer "warning" viewers not to disturb residents. Those disclaimers are only present when risk that they will be violated is also present.
Connected Investors is NOT an official government agency with any legitimate reason to be storing this data. I do not consent to this sort of elevated information sharing risk. Beyond giving the impression that a middleman has any right to involve themselves in my affairs, this sort of data compilation also makes things like deed theft much more simple, as the digging across a variety of sources and records has already been done for the thieves.
This information is being shared on Connected Investors with the implication that I might be interested in selling my home. I have given no indication that I want to sell my property, and there is no way to have the listing removed without signing up for the site. As Connected Investors is repeatedly listed on reputable websites and blogs as a potential scam and the company has been sued multiple times, I do not feel comfortable making any kind of account with this site.
If this was a reputable business, they would be more concerned with their reputation and would simply honor property owner requests to do the right thing and remove their information from the website.
As Connected Investors was sued for false and deceptive advertising in 2019 (just one of multiple lawsuits against them - this is all a matter of public record, too), I can't say I'm surprised by the response. I am, however, disgusted by it.

This company posted our personal information and I am shocked! They posted how much money we put down on our property, who we have a mortgage with and our percentage rate with the mortgage company. They continue to call us asking us if we want to sell our property. If you type our address into the search engine, this website comes up with all of our personal information. All information about my house is incorrect and is Still listed on ******* They are using my name, address, pictures and fake figures about my house to gain stupid investors who will send them money. Hoiwever the contact number did not work and we received a message the call can not be completed please check the number and dial again. Connected Investors has listed my property as an income property online. The photo is a picture of a shack. My personal information, the name of my trust and the value of my home is on there. I have seen people driving by my house slowly, I received text messages from investors. This is my primary residence and is not for sale. This is very unsafe!!
