On July 13th Skipper sent his worker out to clear our septic tanks and clear our fill lines based on a conversation with me to hire his company. His worker confirmed with my husband that we wanted septic and fill lines, however they only did the septic and did not replace the cap telling us we would have to send someone else out to replace that which cost us another $175 to a plumber. He took our $500 and did not ever clear the fill lines. Not did he communicate to us there were any issues with finding the fill box. He just took our money said it was good and then left. I called him back less than a week later as there was sewage leaking into our home. He then recommended another company to come do the job we paid him to do. When I inquired why he did not do it, he first said because we didnt tell him to, then he backpedaled and said it was because the box was too deep, when I asked why he didnt communicate that and what we should do from there he went off saying we should have come out and offered to dig it up with him because of the heat index. It was one excuse after another culminating in him hanging up on me and refusing to do the job we hired him to do.
