***** and his team have been phenomenal! Any time I had questions or concerns they were answered and addressed immediately. I don't think I have waited more than a couple hours for a response from ***** or *****. My Nest thermostat was installed and set up with no hassle and getting a little something for being a veteran was pretty outstanding too. ***** and ***** worked closely with us and Titan Solar through the entire process. I was given an install time frame at the contract signing and my scheduled install fell in that time frame. I was told installation would take 2-3 days and it took 1. The installers were courteous and did the work with minimal disturbance to my day. The Titan tracker portal made keeping track of the process super easy. Once install was completed the Titan inspector completed his inspection within a week. Once Titan was satisfied they contacted all the local inspectors and South River. All our inspections were completed within a month of Titan completing the install. South River showed up 2 days after my County inspection to put in my new solar net meter. Everything was coordinated so well and went so smoothly. We heard many horror stories from neighbors and reviews about putting in a solar system, but that was not our experience at all. I was skeptical when ***** (the owner) told me to text or call his personal cell for anything we needed, but it's no BS! He is on the ball and truly takes care of his customers. I just can't praise Solar Select, Titan Solar, and ***************op enough.
