            I paid $800 for a bed bug treatment in December 2021, which involved the company coming back out two weeks later for a re inspection and To spray again if necessary. The day the company was suppose to come out, two weeks later, I was stood up for three days in a row until someone finally came out to spray. Bed bugs are in a cycle and if you don't keep up with them on that cycle when killing them you risk not getting rid of them. after spraying again, the guy who came to spray assured me that we shouldn't have a problem anymore. Here about another two weeks later in January 2022, I found another love bed bug which means the problem isn't gone. I messaged this and a video of the live bed bug to the guy from Cleggs who sprayed my house and he made an appointment for Monday January 31 2022, which like last time he did not show and made an excuse for the next day, Tuesday February 1st 2022. Now today is Tuesday February 1st 2022 and the guy had another excuse not to come today. I assume that's why we still have the bed bugs, because we paid for a service and they couldn't keep up with the cycles from making excuses and not coming.

            If i could leave a zero star rating i would. The ************* was bullying me into signing documents before I was ready. After repeated attempts to tell them I needed more time because I was in the middle of an insurance claim. They pulled up at the wrong driveway at the wrong time at the wrong house, and then nearly backed over my dog, leaving as rapidly as they had pulled up the steep hill this is all in a court in a residential neighborhood of ****, **.
