  Arrived at College *********** to acquire about a car inspection at 3:15 Monday July 22, 2024.**** asked if I had an appointment which I said no. We set up an appointment for 5:15. No problems.Arrived at 5:15.Patiently, I waited for 15 minutes while I watch **** service 3 customers that had left. **** returned to his phone ignoring me. Nothing. No greeting. You could feel the tension in the room from a busy day. **** was frustrated and had been venting to employees during this process.Finally, I walked out stating "I get it you guys are not going to help or talk to me. I cancel my appointment"**** came quickly agitated out the door following me outside. He yelled " Did you tell me to shut up"No, I replied. I said "I cancel the appointment. Leave me alone"Pointing a finger at me he yelled YOU PEOPLE did not get it, that some people have to work for a living . I told him "I am still working" ( The "YOU PEOPLE" comment proved he was discriminating me, who says that). NOW I told him to shut out.**** called me a "Mother Fucker". I locked myself in my car and called 911, scared **** was packaging a gun. ***** business card holder is made out of bullets shells on the counter. He is an angry loose ****** that doing business by UNC. He has other complaints on Yelp, etc. At 69 I can tell when someone is looking for a fight. I guess being the owner you can abuse people, for who do you answer to?Does BBB condone this type of business behavior? Please help him explain what he means YOU PEOPLE?Does it mean:1) I am a customer?2) I belong to a group that makes him angry?3) I am a senior citizen getting Social Security that he pays taxes on?DISCRIMINATION?Thank you for any help.*****************

  to whom it may concern *********** among 3 other customer were in our office . each customer were told that i would be with them one by one as soon as possible . also they were advised i was working by myself so they could understand why things were backed up . i was also dealing with two mechanics and two telephones all at the same time . multitasking . i had a conversation with a tech trying to get him to understand a job . by watching the video camera system that is where i feel i learned *********** got upset . he got up and approached the door he spoke nasty to me in regards to no being helped . i told him i was sorry i wanted to help him and i hated he felt over sited . that is when he decided to mutter something walking out of the door that he didnt want to face value tell me . i guessed by his actions . that is when i told him it is sad that you non working people dont understand how it is for people working for a living . that is when *********** told me he is still working . i hate it for a 69 year old that is still working for what ever reason that maybe . but i assumed a man of his age and actions would not be employed at a high stress job at 69 years old . shame on myself for assuming that . after the employment conversation i did stoop to mr ***** level and used profanity at him after he told myself to shut up . and yes i did get on his level and i did call him a mother f***** . one action does not deserve another and im ashamed of myself for acting on that level with him . as for the you people statement . i wouldnt take the time out of my day to study his privacy of groups he belongs to . that is a assumption on his behalf . as for the card holder that has my business cards . that was given to myself from a police officer as a gift and out of respect for him being so nice as to make that by hand for me i put it on my desk that it was intended to be placed at by him . thats nothing i purchased to make a statement politcally or in any other way . i assume he thinks im a gun carrying republican . but if he would like my back ground he can have it . i do own a legally own gun . im a registered independent . i do not carry guns at work or on my personal time as i am not a loose ****** . i do have a gun for personal protection that is lock in a safe in my home i have maintained the same job for **************************************************************************** any way would use one on him . that assumption is beyond me other than the fact that i did call him a mother f***** after taking his abuse . *********** called 911 when i had to test drive a customers vehicle parked close to him . then our store closes at 600 pm and i had to secure the vehicles left with us . thats when he decided to drive off to the *********** next door and wait around looking at ** . and thats when i became uncomfortable with him looking at us like he maybe a shooter or a loose ****** so to speak . you never know now days with folks . as for discrimination . if calling him a mother f***** after his abuse is discrimination then im guess im not sure what to say . as far as im concerned im done with this issue at this time .
