            This business is advertised as an Urgent care. After waiting 1.5 hours in my care, I was informed it was not an urgent care, despite the name being "Masonboro Urgent Care." I was informed that because their business is not actually an urgent care (as advertised) and was actually a primary care facility, it would not be covered by insurance and I needed to pay 300$ instead of the 30$ copay I was anticipating when I decided to wait 1.5 hours in my car. At this point, I had no option but to see the doctor or I would miss my flight later that day. Had I known that they were not actually an urgent care facility (as advertised) I would have gone to any of the other real urgent care facilities in the area.

            I love the providers, but the girl up front is profoundly rude, unprofessional (plays on her phone as she speaks to concerned patients), speaks ghetto/slang, and has zero customer service skills whatsoever. Even the patients sitting in the waiting room were eye rolling her behavior and mumbling to each other how out of control she was. She literally ruins the entire office atmosphere, and should be let go. I bet someone in that office likes her, which is why shes still there but in a patient/customer service setting, she should be last one speaking to anyone. Just absolutely appalling.
