Tues. Sept. 20, 2022, I washed my 2020 Jeep Rubicon at the The Wash Factory in ******** ***** NC. I video'd the whole process while inside my car on my cell phone. There are clearly two distinct loud hits as I was driving through the car wash. As the wash finished, and I drove out into the light my windshield was cracked. I called the manager over. He took pictures inside and out. He filed a report. I asked that my membership be cancelled, the manager said he couldn't do that. I drove to our Jeep Dealer to get an estimate for cost to repair. I was gone ~20 min. tops. I gave the manager the estimate. He said, he and his management reviewed the video and said the crack was already there when I went through the wash. My husband drove back there and asked to see the video. The manager said he couldn't do that. My husband asked for the corporate number, the manager said he couldn't do that either. Thus, my husband called the police. When the police spoke to the manager, the manager then reimbursed me $16.81. Estimate for my Jeep Rubicon MOPAR windshield is ~$1,067.19. My windshield was not chipped or cracked when I drove into the car wash at all. I am asking The Wash Factory to reimburse my windshield cost for my original MOPAR windshield. I told the Manager, I am expecting The Wash Factory to do the right thing. The manager also said they have JEEP RETRACTS because The Wash Factor has major issues and problems with washing jeeps. I took a picture of the Jeep Retract list he showed me. If there is a problem with washing Jeeps, then why did The Wash factory not inform me of this from the get-go? Where was the sign as I drove up indicating The Wash Factory cannot wash Jeeps without having issues. The Wash Factory took my membership regardless of clearly knowing The Wash Factory has issues washing jeeps.Initial Complaint

My car went in to the wash in good shape paint in good shape felt a bump half way through the wash. When I got home discovered it tore the paint off my vehicle asst manager inside was not nice period was one of the worst customer service experience of my life. No-one will respond or reply to me. If my paint was not in good shape I would understand but this was clearly an issue on their part. Poor poor business and service so far hopefully they rectify the situation!
