************* was cleared by the bank to begin construction on my home in March of 2020. Construction did not begin until June of 2020. ************* promised an 8 month build from start to finish but was already 3 months behind by the time the ground was broke. My home reached the punch list stage in September of 2021. 18 months after my proposed 8 month turn key build by ************* I have still yet to receive numerous items to complete my turn key home which is what was in the contract. Throughout the build the house sat for months at a time with no work being performed. ***** always had an excuse as to why the subs were not onsite (weather, not finished with other jobs, will be here next week, sick, etc). I finally got tired of the excuses and reached out to the subs and suppliers directly. Both the subs and suppliers said they had not been paid from previous jobs by ************* therefore they were not going to perform more jobs for him until the received payment from previous jobs. Working with ***** has been a complete nightmare. Zero communication throughout this whole process from a supposedly "custom home builder". ***** will go weeks without answering the home owner, subs, suppliers, or anyone trying to contact him. I have spent the last 3 months trying to complete my turnkey home and ************* has not answered a phone call, text, or email since early October. Multiple subs and suppliers have not received payment for work they completed on my home. Toilets and dumpsters were pulled from the job site long before construction was complete due missed payments. Subs had no where to use the bathroom when onsite working and were told to put trash in a pile (which ended up blowing all over my yard, causing me to spend my weekends picking up construction trash and debris). ************* is extremely unprofessional and sloppy. There are not enough characters remaining in the description box to express how disappointed I am with this build.
