My wife purchased a brand new Nissan sentra from Lee Nissan back in 2018. Her car came with a 100,000 mile 5 year warranty. In June on 2022 her car started to experience transmission issues and we have since taken the car to them twice. They have driven the car and seen the problems for themselves and refuse to honor the warranty and replace the transmission. The reason they say they cant fix it or replace it is because the car doesn't have a check engine light on. Her car is at 88k miles and is close to losing the warranty and we don't want to be stuck holding the bill for a $5000 transmission because they refuse to hold up their end of the deal. If there is anything you could do for us that would be greatly appreciated!Business response
