I would give a zero if I could!!! Manager there is rude.

My apologies that you felt I was rude to you. At Manual Physical Therapy, there are certain things that we hold to a high standard. Firstly, patient confidentially and respect for patient privacy. When I nicely checked with you to make sure that your teenage grandson was aware that he was not allowed to take video or photos on his phone while in the clinic, your response was extremely rude and aggressive, and disruptive to the clinic. Secondly, MPTI is a clinic where we practice a patient centered approach. The MPTI staff is a wonderful group of people who have devoted their lives to helping others and they all care deeply for the well-being of their patients as well as anyone who comes into the MPTI clinic. We put our patients first. However, one thing that I will not tolerate is individuals such as yourself talking down to our staff. No one deserves to be talked to the way that you have talked to them, regardless if they are the Doctor, clinician, front desk secretary, etc. They are all human beings. We should all treat others as we would like to be treated, you know The Golden Rule. My staff has been so nice to you even though you have behaved in a very aggressive, combative and rude way towards them. When i reached out to you in response to your inappropriate display of behavior in the clinic and to work with you so that we could welcome you back to the clinic all the while making our other patients and staff feel comfortable with you being there, you were once again aggressive and combative in your communication with me by yelling terrible things to me and then hung up on me during the phone call. So i am sorry that you feel that I was rude, but I will have the backs of the wonderful people who work at MPTI each and every time that an individual finds it okay to treat them in a derogatory way and I will prevent others from having a negative experience at MPTI by the actions of others. I am not sure why you felt it was appropriate to write this complaint but I guess it goes along with the hurtful way you treat others. I wish you all the best.

It is amazing that I went to Manual Physical Therapy for over 4 months, paid my co-pays and nothing was EVER said to me that I, as you stated, was rude nor aggressive! You felt that upon seeing my grandson, you assumed that his motivation was to "take pictures or video of the clients".....SHAME on you!!!! As I forestated, the therapists were professional. As for you and the receptionists, they were the unprofessional ones. I would not recommend anyone to go to the facility as long as you are there. I met two of the therapists that admitted that you went around to each one of them questioning my interactions with them. When you contacted me the second time within 30 minutes, YES, I told you do not EVER call me again and I mean it! As for as my interaction's with others, I would still be there if you would not be there in a management position. I wrote this review so others will know how hurtful YOU treated me and my grandson. I will continue to write to other websites about this facility! Have a Wonderful life!
