On February 15, 2022, Supreme Pools agreed to install a pool at the Ojedas home. On June 27, 2022, the company was notified in writing that the Ojedas were not happy with the pool installation that had been completed up to that date, specifically, that the hole had not been dug out enough and that the pool was sitting too far up from the ground. company proceeded to grade around said side and eventually poured concrete over an area that was not suitable for concrete. After having another pool expert review the installation, the following must be corrected in order for the Ojedas to get the installation they paid Supreme Pools to complete:a.The slide must be removed;b.All concrete must be removed;c.The pool must be removed by crane;d.An additional area must be dug under the pool to set the pool at a proper level;************* and backfill material must be hauled in;f.Any damaged plumbing must be replaced;g.The pool must be reset;h.New concrete must be poured; and i.The slide must be replaced.The estimated cost to perform this work is $76,546.16. In addition to the aforementioned issues, the Ojedas have notified the company on multiple occasions that there is cracking and chipping in the concrete. The contract states that the company offers a 1-year warranty, yet there have not been any reasonable efforts to address the issues presented. Over $65,000 was originally paid to Supreme Pools for subpar pool installation and concrete.
